Stefan D. Fink studied electrical engineering at the University of Munich with a focus on energy technology.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

His training as a patent attorney was preceded by three years as a research fellow at the Forschungsstelle f\u00fcr Energiewirtschaft (Research Institute for Energy)<\/strong> in Munich, where he specialized in regenerative energy sources<\/strong> and battery-powered electric vehicles<\/strong>. He then spent two years in the patent department of Siemens AG<\/strong>, where he was in charge of semiconductor assembly technology, chip cards, and power semiconductors<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following this, he worked for three years in a Munich patent law firm<\/strong>, where he became registered as a European Patent and Trademark Attorney in 2001<\/strong>. In this position, he was entrusted with patent law issues as well as organizing client activities in connection with employee inventions law<\/strong>. After becoming licensed as a German Patent Attorney,<\/strong> he founded his own firm in 2003<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2005<\/strong>, he merged with Harald Numrich to form Fink Numrich Patentanw\u00e4lte<\/strong>. As part of a re-branding, the name was changed to Fink Numrich Intellectual Property <\/strong>in 2021. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stefan D. Fink has extensive experience in all aspects of industrial property law<\/strong>. He is especially active in the fields of semiconductor technology, information technology, telecommunications, and software inventions. He is also specialized in circuits, energy technology, and automotive engineering.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Harald Numrich studied physics at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Erlangen and Imperial College in London.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After earning a graduate degree in physics in 1995<\/strong>, he worked as a research fellow<\/strong> in the field of semiconductor technology<\/strong> at the Fraunhofer Institute<\/strong> for Integrated Systems and Device Technology in Erlangen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1998, Harald Numrich joined a patent law firm in Munich, where he worked as a patent engineer<\/strong> and became registered as a German Patent Attorney and European Patent and Trademark Attorney in 2002<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thereafter, he worked in the patent department of Siemens AG<\/strong> in Munich where, as a patent counsel,<\/strong> he was responsible for all intellectual property issues in several research and development departments<\/strong> focusing on information and communication technology<\/strong>. He was also in charge of patent portfolios relating to video coding and multimedia standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harald Numrich has extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property law<\/strong>. He is specialized in technical protective rights in the fields of physics, information technology, software, semiconductor technology, mechanics, and mechanical engineering<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2004<\/strong>, Harald Numrich founded his own firm<\/strong>, which merged with the firm of Stefan D. Fink in 2005<\/strong> to form Fink Numrich Patentanw\u00e4lte. As part of a re-branding, the name was changed to Fink Numrich Intellectual Property <\/strong>in 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
