Your responsibilities
You will support us in advising clients in the field of intellectual property, draft patent applications in consultation with inventors and formulate opinions on the prospects of success of patent applications on the basis of search reports and examination notices. You will participate in oral proceedings and assist in opposition and appeal proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office.
Our requirements
In addition to a degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science or mechanical engineering or a related discipline, we expect a broad technical interest and understanding with the ability to express complex technical issues in language. Furthermore, you should have very good English language skills.
